The following two programs are quite similar. Both present the
user with the equivalent of a corkboard wall and a set of file
cards. The user writes ideas on the cards and moves the cards
around to attach to other cards, or to form chains of ideas, or
even to attach characters to various scenes. An excellent idea,
useful not only for writers but also for organizing ideas in any
discipline.
